Experience:
Kath works in Family Law, dealing with all aspects of children's and property issues,
from straightforward to complex. Kath also provides advice on and prepares binding
financial agreements and binding child support agreements.
Kath has completed training as a Mediator, an Independent Children's lawyer and
as a Collaborative Practitioner, the latter being a relatively new area of practice
in Australia which focuses on respectful settlements between parties.
Kath has previously served as a council member for the Family Law Practitioners'
Association and also as a council member for the Collaborative Professionals (WA)
Inc.
Kath volunteers at a women specific community legal centre.
Kath's areas of practice include:
